The installation process of customized cabinets includes installation of base cabinets, wall cabinets, countertops, faucets, sinks, stoves, hardware, and electrical appliances.

Method/Step

1. The preparation work required before installing customized cabinets includes: installation of kitchen door covers, water and electricity renovation, and installation of ceramic tiles. Before installing a customized cabinet, the above three steps need to be completed, and then the customized cabinet can be installed in the kitchen.

2. Installation of base cabinet

Clean the ground thoroughly, then splice the cabinet body of the ground cabinet, fix the cabinet body with screws, and fix it tightly with connecting pieces between the two base cabinets.

3.Installation of wall cabinets

After the assembly of the wall cabinet body is completed, mark a horizontal line on the wall, mark the drilling position on the horizontal line, and use an electric drill to drill holes. Finally, fix the wall cabinet to the hanging code with screws.

4. Countertop installation

First, mark the dimensions of the predetermined sink, stove, etc. on the countertop, use tools such as a cutting machine to make holes, and then apply glue to the top of the cabinet, and stick the countertop board onto it.

5.Installation of faucets and sinks

Install the sink according to the reserved position on the countertop, and complete the installation of the faucet according to the pre reserved water and electricity.

6.Installation of stoves, hardware, and electrical appliances

Install the stove in the pre reserved position on the countertop, then install hardware such as the handle of the cabinet, and finally install the disinfection cabinet, dishwasher, and other electrical appliances in the fixed position.
